  • rnYOGADVENTURES:  Sacred Living Flow Humaliwo Retreat:Our new Living Flow Humaliwo Retreat House, located in Point Dume, Malibu CA, is an extraordinary sacred space where we can live the rhythms of yoga together in spacious, high-level accommodations with organic, delicious food at a rate more reasonable than any accommodations in the city – giving the most time for immersion in yoga teacher training and nourishment. This beautiful neighborhood estate allow us to live together in a magical space to explore the power of Humaliwo or Malibu as it is known to the Chumash original peoples of this pristine coastal area where wild dolphins, sea lions, hawks, deer, and even a few mountain lions call home.  A truly intimate time to ground and replenish.   We are ON THE beach, with the ocean steps away from the house, known for best views in Malibu!Our Private Gated Estate property boasts the breath taking view of the entire Santa Monica Bay, from Malibu to Palos Verde, Catalina to downtown LA on a clear day. The property sits along the protected Point Dume Preserve State Park Bluffs. Experience amazing sunrises, dolphins and whales, soaring pelicans, a lovely array of colors at sunset, stars to gaze at for hours and outrageous outdoor and indoor views, the Pacific Ocean at its best. This Estate includes a large areas of indoor and outdoor space. The front yard, heated pool, jacuzzi, and five separate deck areas all overlook the breathtaking unobstructed panoramic view of ocean from Little Dume to Big Dume.Diving deep in the Prana Vinyasa Teacher Training Foundation and Advanced Vinyasa modules, we will be able to enter into the rhythm of living yoga including teacher self-care, deep prana vinyasa solar-lunar practice, morning and evening meditation, altar and ritual life, community life, and nourishing organic vegetarian (vegan options) food.Our April and November retreats are for women only.  Come together in a circle of women for a lunar arts practice and teacher study immersion to support our journey as women in all the phases and seasons of our body and life as we embody the creative power from within.
