Humaliwo Fall Rejuvenation: Rasa + Soma / Shakti Prana Vinyasa

Join us for our fall rejuvenation retreat!  We are located on ocean view grounds with a practice space on hand-carved Italian lime stone. Within a five minute walk we have private access to the sacred beach or hiking in the mountains. Diving deep in the Prana Vinyasa Teacher Training Foundation and Advanced Vinyasa modules, we will be able to enter into the rhythm of living yoga including teacher self-care, deep prana vinyasa solar-lunar practice, morning and evening meditation, altar and ritual life, community life, and nourishing organic vegetarian (vegan options) food.

Rasa Vinyasa:  Experience a full-spectrum yoga practice intensive into the art of RasaVinyasa™- an approach to sequencing vinyasa yoga drawing from yogic arts, tantra, and ayurveda.  We will explore the power of alchemical yoga that is sequenced in harmony with the energetic state of the day for activation, healing, and rejuvenation to bring balance and “juice” to your practice, teaching, and life. Soma Prana Vinyasa:  Soma Prana Vinyasa is a regenerative practice that is connected to the inner water, ojas, essence, vitality, and amrita as the sublime nectar of healing – the energy that can green a desert and restore love. This new class format is distilled from 24 years of evolution of vinyasa and is the first module (part one) to offer how to teach lunar vinyasa as a balancing healing approach to transforming stress and tensions, cultivating ojas, and circulating nectar. Shakti Prana Vinyasa:  Throughout our time together, we seek to create an embodied spirituality, opening to and nurturing the creative juices, fiery passion, and wise depths of the feminine in relation to nature and the sacred masculine. Humaliwo Sacred Residential Retreat Space:  Elegant Accommodations

Our new Living Flow Humaliwo (Mallibu) Retreat is a extraordinary sacred space where we can live the rhythms of yoga together, as a unified community, in spacious, high-level accommodations with organic, delicious food at a rate more reasonable than any accommodations in the city – giving the most time for immersion in yoga teacher training and nourishment. Complete with pool and jacuzzi, large shared bathrooms, lounge area, full kitchen and exquisite roof top deck.  We are a seva based karmic community responsible for ourselves and the care of each other. ZUMA SANCTUARY:  for the “Yogadventurer”

A world away from the crowds of LA – and only a two minute walk to our practice space.  Zuma Sanctuary where you can enjoy the beautiful beaches & pristine moutains of north Malibu  Here you’ll be fully surrounded by nature: the Pacific Ocean and Santa Monica Mountains.  You’ll arrive to a decorated and equipped space to offer you an amazing time + kitchen utensils and our favorite organic Dr. Bronner’s soaps. You’ll also enjoy watching Malibu’s landmark sunset from our magical yoga deck, or from our easy accessed mountain deck. Plus, a lounge deck can be used as you wish: to practice yoga, to read on a hammock or to just enjoy some downtime under a beautiful ficus tree.  Our 16-acre Sanctuary offers privacy and proximity to the best beaches Malibu has to offer.
