Join us for our annual Solstice-New Year retreat at Blue Spirit, Nosara. The Winter Solstice is one of the oldest and most potent rituals of renewal as the turning point of increasing light, a ritual marker to truly let go, honor and bring closure to the past year and ignite our deepest visions and intentions for our collective destiny as the light is emerging.

Welcome in the new year with a transformational Sol Revival retreat at Blue Spirit in Nosara, Costa Rica, a world-class surf spot and turtle reserve where the power of the warm, healing ocean meets the jungle. Awaken the power of the Solstice – New Year as we open to the rejuvenating rhythm of living yoga, natural meditation, and liberating jungle-ocean flow.  Enjoy the magic of each day with optional activities ranging from surfing, transformational yoga, sunset horseback riding, to zipping down the longest, most exhilarating canopy in the world! • Blue Spirit adds a $60 per person /per week for staff tips that are distributed equally to all Costa Rican staff – this is a suggested charge that you may change at any time as appropriate

• A welcome letter from Yogadventures with all the inside details will be emailed to you shortly before we begin
• A retreat flow for the solar, lunar or teacher training path will be available on the 1^st day of retreat.
• Check-in is at 4pm on the first day listed. Check-out time is at 10am on the last day listed.
• If you would like to enjoy the resort outside of our retreat time together please arrange additional night accommodations directly with the Blue Spirit Retreat
